The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 全片灌输了资本主义的缺陷：有钱能使鬼推磨。
作为法证类作品，逻辑性有所不足，部分角色行为不合理，减弱了故事性，法庭及推理论证部分不足，更多的是理想化的台词和主题思想，比起巅峰时期的TVB电视剧系列都有所不足，不是港片粉丝不建议观看。

最后还是要靠权贵内斗翻盘，没看出法律正义在哪？

现在的港片怎么都是网络大电影的样子。阵容真强大，方中信那几句很精妙，我已经收了阿婆家的几万，那是他们全部家当。富豪不会把全部家当拿出来吧。
这个陈家乐到底哪儿冒出来的啊，演技差的一逼，看他一副正气凛然的样子就想吐，正面人物也能演的这么差的实属罕见。

少年时期的偶像方中信的剧都会看，现在还是好帅哦！正义永远不会缺席！
该有的元素都有了，老戏骨们的水准依旧在线，但就像这些新生代演员一样，港片也不过如此了，比照刚刚看完的《龙虎武师》，实在令人唏嘘…

KC不做对家做同场；庭审与勾心斗角得个样。脉络散乱不成章，气势未聚过早泄。最有趣处实则应在方生的小手段和智叔的大决意，但最大篇幅却落点于相互勾结的阴暗处。阴暗并非不足道，但起势凶得仿佛要谴责些什么，还不如闭嘴好好做戏。戏如人生，戏没做好，谈什么人生？
唯一就是船上那场爆发的戏到位了。
仿佛在搞笑。无需负责的嘴上一套行动一套实在太好用。
