The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 不得不说比索金上一部导演的片子稳了太多，该痛就痛该爽就爽。一切历史都是当代史，是“OUR blood”掀起了暴乱。波拉特演了个这么严肃（？）的角色差点没认出来
这部电影展现的叙事合剪辑技巧真的是教科书中的教科书
用了大量的蒙太奇使叙事有节奏和趣味性，每个人物的性格都很张扬，演员演得很好。政治意义大于故事本身吧。
求同存异，真的很美好
对话很有趣，某些部分很有深意，相当的精彩，主题也是非常值得思考，不多说了，懂的自然懂。
我对政府的藐视，远没有它对我的藐视多。
情绪是在的，也理应被调动，但并不是每次站起来都要配乐慷慨激昂一番的，Sorkin做导演就有点太陶醉自己了，以至于我反而想看个纪录片冷静冷静。
The whole world is watching. 极具煽动性的民主党竞选利器。但是有意思的是，隐藏在后面代表了美国民众的陪审团，最终还是判了他们有罪。我甚至怀疑这个法官是忠装反了。
必须有理有据的摆明自己坚定的态度和立场，尤其是面对脑残，赖子和傻缺云云的时候。
信息量极大。现在看来，过去的辉煌岁月真的太牛逼了，无法复刻。
电影编排铺陈和混剪插叙都很漂亮，意识形态倾向过于明显，不过能拍出这样的电影总比被过分压制好。
1.这storytelling，太厉害了。2.有些司法可以playing dirty，有些司法没有player。3.whole world watching

群戏比较出彩 对话痨厌烦者和对美国60上世纪60年代末的民权运动不了解的观众不是很友好 总之对于当下美国的现实 算是很应景的一部电影了

这片居然不被禁，这是整不明白到底发生了什么吧。
当然，政治官司暗藏了许多猫腻，不仅仅是美国的陪审团制度就能左右，1960年代的反越游行，夹杂了美国底层阶级各色各样的人物表演。
当然仅代表我个人偏见~
艾伦索金和这种故事题材简直天作之合，NB！年度最佳改编剧本，最佳群戏，剪辑也很好。
