The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 身处那个压抑的年代，身为同志还要不得不抓同志，终于付出了血的代价。

整个片子基调美丽又绝望，独身一人探查真相，欺骗了所有人，唯独没有欺骗自己。
色调、悬疑氛围、配乐都好合我意，是时代困住了追求自由的孤勇…
前面挺好的，后面感觉导演更着重往故事破案那方面去讲，没有过多描述男主爱上男二这个出柜意识觉醒的过程直接很快的就带过了，再后面破案也没讲清楚其实就打大boss去了，总之还行，男主挺帅的，可弯可直！特别是生气的时候！
生命诚可贵，爱情价更高。若为自由故，两者皆可抛。
