A brilliant and outragously funny satire of society, 7 December 1999

"Flodder" is one of the funniest movies ever made and few people realise that it is a Dutch movie made by none other than the Holland version of John Carpenter, the famous Dick Maas, author and director of the thriller "Amsterdamned". The Flodder family is the reincarnation of the term a-social. When the whole family bunch, basically all bastards, criminals and sluts must be relocated from their City slum because of toxic waste under their house, the city council house no choice. The only available space is in the "Zoendal" - the "Sun Valley" the best area in Amsterdam where all doctors, snobs and businessmen can afford to live their lives. And where the central point of interest and politics is the tennis club of the community. The Flodder family brings devastation to the tranquil world that ruled before. They are simply unbelievable. The characterisation is incredibly funny, beginning with Ma Flodder who searches other people's trash cans for food or making illegal liquor in her cellar and ending with the eldest daughter who is the biggest slut on earth. Together they make the most horrible family imaginable, a sort of immoral mirror image to the Brady Bunch or the Waltons. When the City counsel of Amsterdam hoped that the Flodders would show their good will to be more civilised in their new area, it turns out that Holland's most famous family would rather bring out the worst in the rich people of "Sun Valley"-wonderland. The rest is a hilarious, brilliant and well made social satire that can be watched as a provocative movie as well as a straightforward comedy. Dick Maas at his best. I salute him! Flooder was the Dutch smash hit in 1986 and brought two sequels and a tv series. All of the sequels were nice but not as great as the original.

Why is First Floor Features, the producer of the movie not bringing the Dick Maas blockbusters out on DVD in the Netherlands, I wonder. The are not even available on video there. These movies have so much potential, still to this day and have a huge silent but true following.
主角三人还不错，但大本实在是个大败笔，还戴金毛令人出戏，尤其跟马达的对手戏像在拍脱口秀。整个故事差了口气，雷导的宏大叙事没有宏大起来的感觉，为了真女权+1星
黑镜看多了，中后程都在等着出什么大情况。结果没有，一切顺利地结束。故略有怅然。
原以为影片要走刚正不阿战胜奸猾小人的路线，没想到是以伪罗生门的形式，迂回且生动地展现了那个时代男主自身的局限和女主遭受的不公，其间的矛盾冲突即便放到现世依然值得警醒，确实耐人寻思，回味无穷。
我说前两个男性视角怎么看得让人焦躁，那不就是两个同事在年终kpi考核述职的时候，拼命粉饰自己，抹黑别人？
对嘛，科技巨头出品的片子怎么会反高科技呢。

就算是adam driver又怎样?最后还不是要被果体示众~~~本来以为是个动作片片，其实是一个关于人性和欲望的片子~哪有什么真爱，在那个年代背景下女性地位真是可悲~女主好美!
朱迪科莫，从小变态杀手到我见犹怜的人妇，功力超强。

主题可以很大，而实际上主要只是以爱起始的简单抒情。
RJ说这类型电影是在给AI做宣传，光看了开头就说不喜欢主题不看了，但我看完之后感觉，其实重点不在于AI的合法和合理性，而是如何对自己的爱人和家人进行告别，以及如何平和的处理被遗忘和忽略的感受，RJ说这种感受不需要去了解，但我确能体会到自己在group chat里失语时的落寞和无奈，注定是一部属于“自我”的电影。
英雄气质和史诗向来由男性写就，道德同样也是。但这个电影说，最勇敢的或许不是可以选择“为荣誉而战”的人，而是几乎没有选择权、却能够在逼近的死亡面前站稳脚跟的人。
一个披着中世纪古典片外衣的，用罗生门风格演绎的女权主义电影。结构独特，表演精彩。
若是交给维伦纽瓦拍出来会是什么样子。
科幻伦理片，马赫沙拉·阿里的演技很棒。细想一下，这项技术也许对家人很好，但让患者一个人孤独地在疗养区等死，是不是有点太残忍了，家人的临终关怀应该也挺重要的。
三个视角的叙事其实不存在什么罗生门，强奸一直存在，丈夫的眼里自己是完完全全的受害者，虽然一直生不出儿子，但妻子作为自己的财产受到了侵犯，强奸犯自始自终不认为自己的行为是强奸，曾经的受害者选择做帮凶反倒指责站出来反抗的人是错的，不在乎真相只想追求刺激的旁观者。阴沉的天色也掩盖不住油画般的美，三段完全相同的时间和事件，叙事丝毫没有重复，选角与人物形象高度契合，结束的干净利落。结局值得鼓掌，但八百年后的今天，这些令人作呕的事件依然在发生，没有任何改变。
刚看完觉得为女性发声，服化道不错，表现手法新颖，忍不住叫好。睡了一觉醒来想想，三个视角但不是罗生门，导演的意图太明显了，用明示和暗示来表达自己的观点，让人很容易总结中心思想。
如果，这一切是以爱的名义进行，如果这一切能让爱在人死后仍能延续，那么，你会作何选择？
严肃题材娱乐化，无异于对当事人的二次伤害，女人拼命拾起被践踏的尊严，男人轻而易举就成了笑话，看完如果觉得好爽，那真是千百年来女性的悲哀，即被当成工具和筹码而不是大写的人，雷公被本马达绑架了就眨眨眼吧
佳作，可以说同时科普了记忆的主观性和中世纪的社会观念，三次视角下的交叉和分岔都有意味，前者如亲吻、掉鞋、互望，后者如女主视角中的闺蜜和婆婆线，为三人局真相丰富了社会维度，女性财产、little death、强奸不会怀孕之类都可回到封建制下的继承焦虑，最后冷日下的血腥决斗，在视觉上夯实了“荣耀之残酷”主题，三条线也可看成人性的三个侧面，最终汇聚在name这个点，就好像用肉身的易朽，向树上、广场上的the many表演why the few，斯科特和范霍文都借由欧洲中世纪的题材，拍了具有时代意识的片，至少让人看到，很多被认为先锋的事迹，早已有之。
