The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. So Canadian! 没能在多伦多看现场也要加入多伦多遗憾清单了。
就个人而言，这部音乐剧给我的感触不是很深，可能某些剧情会有所触动，里面的音乐也没能让我记忆犹深。
岛民们都好善良可爱。比天灾可怕的是人祸，愿世界和平。
甘德的故事大概就是地球村的美好幻想吧
超棒！在疫情时期和911二十周年之际，很有力量的一部人性音乐剧❤️
它在有限的演员身上安放两三个角色，配合简单的道具，从而塑造不同的群像，搭建出丰富的场景，但又并不让观众觉得混乱，很多简单的转场效果极佳。

之前看盗摄版从头哭到尾 今天再看官摄反而有点看不进去了（虽然曲子一响还是会哭）可能对我来说是一次性用的煽情片子…

拜托拜托 疫情结束就速速重启巡演吧 好喜欢这种打光温馨的木质小舞台
好看，音乐和故事层层递进。从纽芬兰的角度讲述了911事件的过程。整部秀当中不乏突兀政治正确之处，但还是从整个应急事件中看到对人的尊重。
在豆瓣的冷门榜单里面看到了这部电影（话剧或音乐剧）。随手打开，结果一下子就看进去了，并一口气看完了，虽然没经历那个至暗时刻，但只要了解大的背景，就能一下子带入那个场景，投入这个剧情。
很不错，音乐剧总是从始至终调动气氛，维持着舞台的充盈。
