The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 10分，剧本实在太好了，小时候超爱看，现在也依然如此。

這一中國版普羅米修斯的故事，也可以說是個“沒有意義的”普羅米修斯的故事。“天書”之下凡並未給世間帶來任何好處：掌握天書的蛋生利用知識所做的唯一好事就是變出聚寶盆，幫村民們討回被奪走的財產，而如果沒有這天書，這些財產也不至被奪去。權力鏈條的結構消解了天書的意義，或者說天書的可能作用同官僚主義的、魑魅魍魎的世間發生了資源的錯配，以這樣的角度觀之，影片對於現實問題的指涉力度和思想史意義，可能均在其淺薄、低齡化的表象之上。4K修復版重映，2021年11月9日20:10於CGV北京路5號廳。
