The IMAX "Cosmic Voyage" film was made as a public service with sponsorship by the Smithsonian Air and Space museum. On DVD, borrowed from my local public library, it plays at just over 30 minutes with Morgan Freeman supplying a pleasing narrative. As one would expect from an IMAX film, the image quality is superb and the Dolby 5.1 sound track is very well done. Simulated cosmic explosions shake your walls! That is, if you have a good powered subwoofer in your system. The film takes a very useful approach to examining the size of the universe, from tiny sub-atomic particles to the vastness of the whole universe. (Fortunately, when God created the Universe he had dispatched a few angels with video cameras at different vantage points so we get to see actual footage from several billion years ago.) The film starts in Venice, where the discovery of the telescope originated, and uses a one-meter hoop as a reference point, then gradually goes larger by powers of 10, e.g. 10 meters, 100, 1000, etc until we can see the whole universe. Then it takes the opposite journey, going smaller by powers of 10 until be see inside sub-atomic particles. The story is well-woven with beautiful effects created especially for this film. It is entertaining and educational at the same time. All of "oldsters" can enjoy it for the scientific history we are already familiar with, and all the "youngsters" can enjoy it for the educational supplement it provides. Overall a masterful film. Any numerical "rating" of "Cosmic Voyage" is meaningless. If one is looking for a superb film about our universe and modern theories of its formation, this one is hard to beat. 感谢汤姆汉克斯的角色死得早，他不死我要抓狂。
废土科幻，我是传奇和荒岛求生的鸡汤又暖又丧版。地球上只有一个男人和一只狗，后来男主又捣鼓出了一个可以说话的自主AI机器人，三个“人”相依为命，直到有人没有命。看完不由得思考，人类果然是没有未来的吧，就让机器人活下去也可以的。
从芬奇穿上西装那一刻开始直至结束，影片完全走向升华，这不再仅仅是一部简单的灾难片而已了，它在向我们诉说爱的伟大，它在告诉我们一定不能放弃对所有美好事物的期待。ps：那张画有他们仨儿的大桥照片真是直接让我破防。

居然不是 Netflix 出品？这就是 Love, Death and Robot 啊！噢，还有条 Dog 哈哈哈。
jeff做的非常真实及高科技，但是故事实在太老套，未来版的荒岛余生，特别是蝴蝶，刻意到尴尬
A road trip to San Francisco with Finch. 我以为他会给千斤顶安排一个名字叫Wilson 呢。。。全片除了结尾，最让我来情绪的还有，看到他穿上自己最fancy 的白西装跟Jeff 一起坐在野外的荒芜大地上，分享人生的一次once upon a time故事， 还有看Jeff 和 狗子的戏耍。自然交接，life must go on, so does the journey ..... ps. 野外部分都是在新墨西哥州拍摄的。
近四星。归总只有汤姆汉克斯一个演员啊，所以钱都让汤姆汉克斯自己挣走了。我想要个机器人朋友和一只风神翼龙那样的大机器鸟，那谁还在乎末世啊。
也许有一天，人类终将因为各种各样的原因而走向灭绝，人类的遗产将被某种硬件或软件继承，只要人类的爱意如果也能被继承下来，那人类就没有灭绝。
斯皮尔伯格式充满童心的废土浪漫，科幻末日公路片，开头一人一狗，成长历练变化，结尾仍一人一狗。专门为狗狗罐头设计的零件简直惊喜到我！
汉克斯还是很擅长演这种温情片，哪怕是这种灾难之后看到汉克斯都会觉得有希望。一个中年男人的养娃历程。
Ai拥有人性，那里让人热泪盈眶人性指的是真善美爱与信任，而不是大开杀戒，尔虞我诈。一人一狗一啰嗦的零件，都能让人眼眶酸滞。
末世风景公路家庭情感片。。。观感体验不错，结尾前稍作稍拖沓。高清画质下，摄影很美。人类的下场最终会怎样不太清楚，但正如那句话说的，其实地球不太需要我们保护，因为我们能毁灭的只是自己。
被感动的是机器人的人性，按一个人来写机器人，一不小心就容易强加于机器人人性，电影拿捏的挺好，智能和笨拙同时在杰夫身上。当狗狗也死去，杰夫看怎么办呀……

一个老父亲拉扯三个可爱的傻孩子，教会他们信任传递。简单而温暖，适合疫情当前给人以慰藉。
