The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 能把政治剧拍得像悬疑片也只有韩国了。其实虽然看起来金像是个正直的政治家，但最后爆炸案的悬念也是为了推翻其人设，政治家中国式政治家，包括对影子的遗弃，实际上也是为了防止将来被篡权之类吧。最后两人在小饭店相聚有点多余，当然也可以看做是金那啥还要立牌坊~
以及，黑色小品我好爱。
也就全體演員值三星, 男主的軍師能力在戲中幾乎沒太多著墨 但這不是演員的問題, 想要拍這種大格局大跨度的歷史劇只用了二小時不到的篇幅, 當然什麼都講不好
而棒国政坛，再光明的愿景也与黑幕相伴，也是积重难返的畸形。
总统选举的门道真是太多了 百姓的选票不是投向总统的 而是造王者操纵的
是不择手段赢得胜利，还是坚持大义静待民众觉醒，真是艰难的选择。影子先生只能在幕后，一定很寂寞吧

这样的题材拍的不沉闷很流畅很难得，观影可看性很高。不清楚韩国历史就不对此评价，只是影子（昌大）对大多数选民的看法是直白的、精准的——口号不是良药，企图让所有人都满意往往大家都不满意，所以极端分化身份，创造对立，尽量圈主比对面多的人就可以胜利了。
喜剧下的悲剧，光鲜下的肮脏。可惜即使剧本再好、演员水准再高，残酷也不及现实的百分之一。我们都要在“坏人永远提拔坏人”的社会中在内心做出选择，是全面的毁灭，肮脏的妥协还是自我的救赎。
