The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 嘉玛陈的演技可以和杨幂做到百分之90同步，文艺片导演应该听马老师的话，不要碰超英电影。
主要占了个女杀手的ap，缺点是剧情比较简单老套，实属没意思，在Netflix上只能开个1.5倍速看，都觉得慢，完全就是看个激情动作。优点是这里面的几场动作戏设计的好。
《永恆族》的時間線的剪接與回憶片段就是踢一步郁一郁，冗長。那些彩蛋與結尾要為下一部鋪墊，有點肉酸。鏡面很靚嗎？地貌很靚嗎？比它靚的大有片在，似睇電視劇講口水野，然後打打打，打的場面都唔好睇啊。勝在賣賣綽頭，同性戀、小不點、殘疾人、女人救世，左翼思想電影，就係而家電影的價值觀同多元文化炒埋一碟。

好壮丽，这是一部罪与恶的反思录，爱与情的赞美诗…看到了漫威电影广阔的新可能。

跳着看的，miyavi出来之后mv感觉更浓了，没有电影感觉。上年纪浅野气质还挺帅的，就是更西装败类的气质。md想看miyavi演浅野情人太不容易了
比想像的好多啦，趙婷拍出了不一樣的漫威電影，也沒覺得特別沈悶或冗長，還體會到了一種邊緣人群&世界民族大團結的感動，印度油膩男演員和他的胖助手還挺好笑的，服化道和特效也比尚氣好多了，另外還看到了浪味仙加五指山和新白娘子傳奇的影子。拍完兩部小成本能hold住這麼巨型的製作可不容易，繼續加油吧！

作为华人导演的第一部漫威作品，情感上还是很支持的。全片表现也是很不错，希望接下来的续集可以有更好的表现。
无愧的良知排行第一。
这是一出政治大戏。如来的手掌是体制，他制造了永恒族，也给永恒族制造了敌人。在手掌心，你拥抱体制或者反对体制，都只能是体制的一部分（就像豆瓣广播日常呈现的冲突）。只有当你喊一声I quit，才能打破中国史的循环，成为体制真正的敌人（这么来看，赵婷就是永恒族啊）。当电影穿越时间，文明是什么，人是什么？角色在广岛忏悔时在忏悔什么？当我们拥抱多元，终极结局是不是无元，当我们不断确认自己的性别，终极结局是不是没有性别。故我猜测这一幕幕画面是对人类很虚无的爱吧，它不断要确认爱的存在，于是最终呈现的是无爱，它碰上好莱坞教条的电影生产线，内含的叙事和思想也被撕破了。
Paper Boi turn into a gay Batman ，马东锡厨师力士X暴走阿尔茨海默雅典娜，Stark家族两兄弟抢炼金术学究宅老婆，《圣鹿之死》邪乎洗脑村庄，宝莱坞歌舞和千年中二少女，Salma Hayek 演了《城市广场》里的 Rachel Weisz ，还有一位没啥存在感的手语闪电侠……世界观和视效都蛮有看点，不过 Gemma Chan 不太担得起大女主角，而“求同存异”的思想貌似也不太符合当下主流了
开杀的前半部分，动作还是干净利落，爽的。后半部就陷入枪战俗套动作里了，依靠主角光环硬撑。黑帮老大的两刀，帅气！

太差了！作为漫威脑残粉，只能给一星。非常多的问题，画面有点像是学生习作，真的很多学生作品特别喜欢拍这种唯美但无用的镜头，不敢相信是拿了奥斯卡的大导演拍的。还比如聋哑永恒族打手语说到时间，指了指手表的位置，可拜托，她用手语的时候才公元后没几年，哪里来的手表？这类问题很多看得我直接wtf。还有镜头切换的停顿都太长了，而且没有任何用途。文艺片独立电影都不是事甚至需要，可这是超英大片，也不能表达什么，反而看的好尬。
剧情弱智还是其次，此类电影最重要的观感还是杀戮的剪辑节奏，极速追杀在主角最疲惫的时候也能感觉到整体动作镜位的流畅感，动作场景设计的新鲜感，这里从日式房间出来后就完全僵硬了，已然用尽了动作指导的所有想象力
女主剩最后一口气儿就是咽不下去hhh，“我还有最后一句话要说...”。
灭霸杀死宇宙一半的人是为了推迟全宇宙的神现，拯救宇宙。
