The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 生物工程技术、电子技术、信息技术和智能技术都已经进步到这样的程度，但是医学上却还是治疗不了癌症？甚至男主还要戴隐形眼镜？连近视眼都不能治疗好的？男主有时看显示屏戴框架眼镜，所以他是近视眼。
是不是一个梦
通过传输记忆，重新回忆一路走来的种种，猛然惊醒仿佛瞬移一般。看着自己代替自己与家人交流，越是熟练越是心疼，只有小狗发现了掌中痣的秘密。最后一次取下孩子的姓名，如爱人般交接象征身份的戒指，重新肩负使命完成最后的陪伴。
所有人都看不出破绽
是文艺片不是科幻片，虽然设定很接近科幻一般所探讨的主题了，但导演志不在此
实在想不明白科技都能发展到复制本体复制记忆了 却还是搞不定一个脑瘤
如果未来能有这样的技术，我愿意生活在这样虚假的真实中。男主演技是真的可以！
分别的痛苦仅留于己，但求家人余生皆幸福。这，大抵就是爱吧。
未来科技这么发达了，为什么疾病还是那么难治，为什么医药健康方面不能攻克一下呢？
导演也是编剧，牛！演员们的表演和拍摄剪辑也棒！

本以为剧本会讲述科技伦理或是记忆与真实的议题，最后还是用看似高概念的设定讲述了“爱”，很本真，很质朴。
