The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 涉及的元素太多所以显得很乱，仁者见仁智者见智，外星生物创造论，时间，宗教。
苦心孤诣多年打造一场视觉盛宴，作为定格动画做到这般丝滑真不容易。故事太迷幻了！人类自身的恶永远超乎想象。
末世噩梦，实验性很强，能引申出许多世界设定
如地狱般的场景却令人惊叹这也是人间的存在。

我愿意相信标题的「疯神」指的是创作者自己，想象力的混乱集合体，一个颓废、疯狂、残忍的世界，充满了死亡和不可名状的生命，机械而又非理性。
视觉冲击的颠疯之作，密恐与恐虫症患者的毒药，剧毒。很难想象导演经历了什么，已是凡人无法理解的维度。神毁灭一切给你看，惩罚一切逆神的生灵，就这样不断创造再毁灭，再创造再毁灭。好像这样，我猜的。
7分（三星半）是合适的评价，制作和故事概念极佳，但故事故弄玄虚的地方太多。它是部会让我很自然想起前些年那部动画片《9》的影片。
道具做到极致了了，最后的音乐就是小孩子喜欢自己的玩具的心情
有些画面极易引起不适。
看的时候平板正好刷到了阿诺的江苏比赛现场，突然觉得这个电影也没那么抽象了..
…恶熏 反胃…我实在是欣赏不了这种暗黑的动画…
制作真牛啊……构思、造型、流畅度、精致度、布景、打光都是定格动画最高水准，很难想象工作量究竟有多大，堪称奇迹了
各种超越现知的猎奇画面真的让人瞠目结舌，确实很震撼。

虽然看到快睡着、对这种意识流表达毫不感冒，但看到倒数二十秒的时候我震惊了：这部动画的制作年份是我的出生年、制作时间几乎等于我的年纪！
颠覆、矛盾、混乱、痛苦、不知所云、不着边际。总有人对它嗤之以鼻，同样有人将其奉为圭臬。
注定小众的形式与内容，作者在这其中夹杂了太多个人想法，金字塔的神造奇迹，肉体与机械的混合，黑石碑式的神造理论，极度混乱的假象世界，圣地巡游般的内容，究竟是怎样的疯狂想象力才能创造出一个如此混乱的世界。
