The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 和《不要抬头》一样的政治讽刺佳作，点出了多少美国问题：三届奥运冠军只能在家剪优惠券，所有坏事都是中国干的，用时薪2美元压榨邻居墨西哥，只关心毒品军火的FBI官僚习气、比买菜还容易的枪支买卖、混乱的执法体系、过度使用暴力、无处不在的消费主义……顺便，如果所有白人女性都有女主这个生育意愿，MAGA就不是梦了
这个阵容让电影行进到了一个奇怪的走向，片方尽力的想让黄政民不再杀神附体以走极尽的写实风，但总体却是平淡无奇。反派演技出色，脸普通，导演或许想传达一种罪犯极有可能就是身边不起眼的人的视角，以至于放着丁青的对头都不让他来演反派。

打劫资本家始终是好莱坞热衷制造的看点。事实上资本家哪有那么好打劫，想想都有谁和他站在一起就知道啦。好莱坞不明白？不过是逗你开心打劫你钱包的手段罢了。。。

选角没毛病，黄正民演的很好，但是论情节还是喜欢刘德华那版，太真实了，华仔演绎不要杀人那段简直了，韩国这靠近个人惊悚商业片，结局是自救，华仔是写实，结局是依靠自身的周旋和警察的神勇。
米版薅羊毛党，整体一般，话说米国漏洞真的很多。

不得不说明明是部真实案件改编的影片，但故事的趣味性真的很不错，甚至还挺励志，V跟犯罪真的是很搭
还阔以，至少改编时花了心思，不像我们一帧一帧照着拍，都拍不好
