The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 难怪动作戏非常精彩，原来导演懂武术。另外构图的色调也比较有特色。在剧本上面再完善就更好了。
武打戏值得反复观赏，是可以搬上大荧幕的水准了，故事情节和演员功力有待完善，希望以后能在影院看到导演的更多作品。

刀刀溅血，杀人不废话，布景用心有质感，动作利落无慢镜，光凭这几点就完胜热搜上的一堆古装剧。PS：回马枪真是YYDS！
拿刀是为了吃口饭，江湖儿女，但行好事，莫问前程。
武打设计不错，但是人物立不住，故事太苍白，表演也有点粗糙，千人斩很明显是在模仿隔壁《绣春刀》吧。
故事虽然简单，演员略显青涩，台词没有太多的废话，主线足够简约，有些桥段略有些狗血，但能看出所有的重心都放在了打斗戏的设计上，让这部片子一看就足够沉稳，有魄力，其他的问题在坚实的打斗场景面前都瞬间可以忽略不计，一个字：爽！就行了。
第一集就劝退，警察太白痴，盗贼太夸张。逻辑就很反人类
打斗用心，好过很多武侠剧了。演技，台词过于单薄，还是需要好好打磨！
这是在致敬王家卫的［东邪西毒］吗……其实还行吧……要什么自行车～
人在江湖飘，哪能不挨刀。现实感很强的江湖片子。

故事混杂了很多电影的影子，漏洞也比较多，动作打斗还是有些设计的，剪辑太一般，整体没有什么风格，作为网大还是挺用心的
剧情真的是太差劲了，不过还算有自己的风格。
感觉角色塑造全靠演员语言强撑。全片就记住一句台词印象深刻，“你妈的，又捅这里”，笑死了。
十年前丈夫豪氣干雲，妻子怕他會死想要下江南。十年後丈夫英氣盡失，妻子怕他貪生怕死想要他一戰... ...
