在舞台上固定的布景在影片中随机位可以产生无穷光影变化，在舞台上是减法的极简风格在电影中可能变成加法。画幅，构图，光影和线条的形式美感冲击和新奇的效果分散了对人物的关注，让莎翁文采也显得冗长乏味。女巫第一次出现和预言的动作造型印象深刻。

对我来说只是科普了一下世界文学。 摄影美学，光影，都一流。
复古的画幅，极简而考究的布景，舞台剧的形式，整体情节虽简约，但对于单个场景的设计却很有创意与深意，达到了叙事与拍摄风格的统一与呼应。
以感受电影艺术为名带一位没有怎么看过电影的朋友去大银幕感受这部电影，结果尴尬得我俩双双睡着。没有字幕想听懂古英语实在是太困难了。除此之外，电影的布景、表演和对白都是十分舞台化的，对于我的朋友而言definitely not a good start. 这一经典剧作诠释的创新之处也许在于独特的画面艺术风格与舞台特效。
mise en scene真的酷死了，但是表演、台词、叙事整个拼到一起就说不出来的奇怪很不对味。
英音美音混着有点跳 主要还是很多演员一开口就像现代人的发音（当然我也不知道古代人讲话啥样 但Ralph的声音就感觉很合适）剧情和影像还行 开头黑屏切到大白屏那一下太舒服了 最后决斗麦克白捡王冠回过头来被斩首 很喜欢这段的动作设计和拍摄 我最喜欢的还是电影里舞台的感觉 很开阔的景 但地平线在很近的地方 有时候天空也能看出来是假的 或者空荡的环境里只有一处突出的景物 看着很舒服 可能是想到了《邪灵》可能是我会喜欢这种舞台戏剧（还一部都没看过）一般吧 但我感觉很沉浸 节奏很好 没有一处想走神快进跳过 很喜欢A24这类片子 改编的这部和绿衣骑士 还有其他很多志异故事 看的时候不自觉把这些作品当做一个整体 个人喜好加分了

3.光比控制极佳，对于意象性的形式辅助完全拉满。
I don't get it . 现在不确定是我不行，还是电影不行，所以我打算看看其他的版本再说。看到一些表扬说把舞台感融入电影是优点……I don't think so.主要是太空了，也许这就是导演的意图，要放空背景，但是这样整体气氛都弱了。如果是老版大都会那种背景，虽然也是布景感很强，但是很丰富，那个感觉我就比较喜欢。

当个有声书听听还凑合，非常厌恶大量使用黑人演员的政治正确，强行将角色赋予黑人破坏了观影乐趣。
除了摄影 空间置景惊人 其余部分真的是毫无必要再重新remake一遍了…
莎翁的東西無論怎麼改也還是魅力永存。畫幅和黑白的復古設定更是讓影片有了一絲高級感。
领略莎翁文字之美，请不要去影院啃生肉，至少配台词字幕。
表现主义的极简舞台布景和精湛的摄影与表演，再加上极其抓人的重音鼓点；乔尔·科恩携丹泽尔·华盛顿与弗兰西斯·麦克多蒙德将莎剧凝聚到100余分钟黑白电影的结果显然是出色的。对于《麦克白》这样的作品，故事本身轮不到我等俗人来多嘴，而科恩本次看似四平八稳的改编实则可能是最好的选择。
