The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 整体很出色。
一群高矮胖瘦、黑、白、有色，看上去就是日常中极其普通的中老年人，在舞台上又唱又跳整出一台戏，突然想起在自家小区楼下，看跳广场舞的大爷大妈们。感觉哪里怪怪的……
每个个体的困境依旧，但对痛苦的共同感知造就了鲜活的、善良的、沟通着的世界。
精彩绝伦的作品。把膝盖献给这群真正的演员。
非常动感的歌舞片，各种障碍与解决障碍。在舞台上演绎，真的很精彩。
除此之外，剧本本身对911事件给美国社会心理带来的各方面影响的刻画也是相对比较到位的。
因女机长的独白而入坑。前阵疫情的额济纳旗小县城，和剧中的小镇多么相像！

19年买了票，20年全部演出取消，21年终于看到，大家都是来自远方，也欢迎远方。
我最喜欢的音乐剧，没有之一。这是现代歌舞剧和现代社会的完美代表和缩影，也是人类命运共同体的赞歌。
女机长太帅了！！！尤其那段solo，高亢婉转，余音绕梁呀！！

节奏非常明快，对众生相的描写非常细腻，也对美国人后911的心态有比较真挚的刻画。确实是一曲人性的颂歌。17年底去纽约的时候就看到了这剧的大幅广告牌，也被当地导游推荐了这个剧，但当时去看了更有名的《西贡小姐》就没去看它。。。其实还是比较明智的选择吧，因为现场第一次看的话，肯定听不懂。。。感谢字幕帮我看了一出好戏！

看群像的剧不如看纪录片有趣。除此以外服装不合我审美。很平庸的剧。

就个人而言，这部音乐剧给我的感触不是很深，可能某些剧情会有所触动，里面的音乐也没能让我记忆犹深。

可能这是我注定无法欣赏的一部音乐剧了，群像太多太杂随意转换，一直处在一种情绪很饱满激动的状态中。第二次坚持看到1/2又失败了… 唉，可能是我不懂欣赏吧。
