The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. ps.对于很少看港片的朋友真的由衷建议看港片一定要看原声版，国语配音真的很影响效果
好平淡如水的香港律政片。。。唯一要说的是，如果凶手杀的不是富商的女儿，这个案子是不是就真的成了冤案了，有钱就真的可以为所欲为呗？
这是廖启智最后一部电影了吧？可惜再也看不到了。电影不痛不痒的，隔着靴子挠了一下而已。剧情转折也缺乏说服力。
就这么一个平平无奇的剧本，看的时候我都在想，不会就这么完了吧，就没有小高潮，小反转？结果直到最后，嗯，就是这。有老戏骨，三星吧

一开始就知道剧情结局的片子，毕竟是看tvb港片长大的，但是感叹为何港片还没长大？致敬智叔！！
方中信扮演的雷有辉律师，人性上面的转变缺乏实际的说服力；而爱民党两父子的倒台，从某些方面来说，更像是“金钱”的胜利而非正义的胜利，所以，这也是编剧的失败。
内里都是烂的，就很没必要升华了。廖叔遗作，pity
有钱有办法，没钱基本法。太过理想主义的洗脑片，现实中，廖启智的代表的资本阶层怎么可能因为女儿的去世和权贵阶层决裂的。
脸皮薄的人，当不了“好”律师。不会忽悠的人，赚不了“大”钱………反正我做不到
剧情还算紧凑，但制作一般，演员表现良莠不齐，整体中规中矩。这将会不会是第一部先上网络后上院线的院线片？！2.5星。。。
