The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 色彩动人，细节精致。即使不交代老亨利的身份也很好看。
西部片，一个深藏功与名隐身西部农场前江湖杀手的故事。剧情不紧凑，前面有些散漫，许多对话亦不精彩。后面枪战戏不错，比较干脆利落。故事中儿子的设置没必要，反而拖累剧情。
男人的咆哮，生死予夺的枪声。弱肉强食的丛林法则。

全片简洁不拖沓，最后的枪战有种回到老西部片的感觉。不过西部片真的没落了，也只能挖些老素材拍了。
踩点不多派几个人，最后也没发挥出人数优势，黑吃黑的结局注定没有善终的人。。
味道不错，有时代感，特别是对西部片质感无法抵抗，借着比利小子的故事讲了个农夫与蛇的故事
俗套的故事，但西部片就有这股子狠劲，抓人！

非常现代的西部片拍法，那种现代社会对老西部的迷之憧憬挥散不去，反应到电影里最具象化的表现就是儿子和父亲的矛盾冲突了。不过拍法虽然是现代西部，但依旧没有创新，甚至连构图都和近几年的西部片无差。比利小子的梗玩到现在。
再次证明我是西部片爱好者。最后反转和老爹跟儿子吐露真情，结尾救回来了，但前面还是太闷了。摄影配乐美，一直觉得虽然老爹是titular tole，但父子关系才应该是重点，果然最后片尾曲绝了。还说很适合改成Scruggs里的一个短片，果然男主也演了Scruggs，真是一张西部片脸。又收获美貌弟弟一枚，期待弟弟演技继续进步多露脸！

一星半，套上了许多西部片的陈词滥调，而对其内核中的几个主要矛盾冲突避而不谈。全片都在极力唤起观众的西部情调，但就是很难让人相信，这个拍了100分钟的视频叫西部片
