The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 音乐剧差不多是世界上最治愈最鼓舞人心的创作了。
第一看这种类型的音乐剧，没有经典音乐剧耳熟能详、令人心潮澎湃的唱段，也没有《汉密尔顿》《Six》那样流行得抓耳又抓眼，扣准现代大众审美，相比之下它的故事铺开得有点平淡写实，但这样的节奏和画面又并不无趣。
不过还是感到很新奇，因为对于舞台剧的艺术形式虽然了解不是很深、只是泛泛的看过一些音乐剧，但是经过前一阵子参与学校的一个话剧制作，对舞台剧这种形式多少也有了一点了解…所以对这部剧的整体构建模式很惊叹，原来只见过快速的场景变换，几个演员换个衣服、灯光变一下就是空间变换了，但是这种大规模的一人饰多角，在配合上频繁的剧情空间变化…真的是的十分大胆，十来个人感觉演了好几十个角色。

看的是官摄所以标个电影吧～很感动…机长之歌很振奋；“tonight we honour what we lost but we also commemorate what we found”。
看之前没想到这个剧传达的信息这么optimistic 卡司无缝衔接身份转换 in an ideal world 陌生人的善意 世界和平

剧情很棒歌也好听，没有刻意煽情真的太好了，真实事件下的人性光辉
因为疫情产生了文本外的现实主义价值 又由于喜剧结尾在今年回归了浪漫主义 其角色具这两种精神为一身 so beautiful
艺术来源于生活，真实的生活真实的故事最为动人。

几千旅客因为911滞留小镇的故事。说是音乐剧改编但更像是音乐剧录像。情节简单，音乐不错。
被故事打动，在这个世界日渐隔绝的时候，这样一个基于真实故事展现人性之美的音乐剧真太棒了。不论来自于哪个国家，文化，宗教，这一刻我们都是islander
