The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 丽莎·乔伊作为诺兰的弟妹，在自己执导的作品中满不了会带有一点诺兰家族的叙事元素。而我们也能在影片的背景设置和叙事上看得出一点端倪。
2.5星，这科幻的皮欺骗了大家啊，anyway，life is still going on.
导演肯定想不通在设定场景特效演员都到位的情况下，这部电影怎么还是让人失望---是因为自己的screenwriting实在写的太差了。这种cliche的爱情故事真的是浪费演员和整体设定，特别是一些场景特别出彩的情况下，莫名为投资感到心痛。
非常有趣的赛朋设定，记忆读取的一些小细节也很机智，但是故事和大段的台词有点过于俗气腻歪了。

本以为是黑色电影，科幻悬疑下却是意外的纯爱戏码。

全年最搞笑台词，“A 妞 like that”，“So you come to my 家 thinking she boomeranged back”，“Poor 龟孙子”，“That's 狗屁”哈哈哈哈哈哈哈，吴彦祖本片造型真实丑到爆炸= =片子也蠢得离谱，老狼作为一个没点本事的老兵还到处跑来跑去，每次都强行靠限定变种之主角光环挺过一劫，还不如Taken之类的爽片带感，无聊

单看故事结构与叙事诡计虽然并不新颖但还是保有一种残酷遗憾的美，不足之处在于过度的联系反而给人一种错乱的感觉与人物的动机过于单薄。

太乏味了，而且对于事件的还原也没什么意思，当做动作片看还行，吴彦祖又演了一次反派，收手吧，阿祖
Brilliant concept, good narrative and setting, subpar acting, confusing ending
男主找到了女主消失的真相，然后冲动之下把害死女主的黑警给私刑了，黑警永久沉浸在被火烧的痛苦记忆里。但是男主私刑黑警，这是比谋杀还严重的罪行，还好男主揭发有功，而且认识DA，就讨了个deal：在自己水箱里服刑。一边服刑一边沉浸在和女主的美好回忆里。故事结束。
里面不是没有好想法，但可以说全没做出来。导演技法业余不说，本行的编剧居然连类型都能写飞，爱情？科幻？悬疑？动作？全无章法东拼西凑，交代不清旁白硬上，故事讲完十几分钟了还在那整MV拗造型。看的难受得我觉得自己就是彦祖说的那个“poor龟孙子”。。。
披著科幻外衣的復古「黑色電影」。查案以外的故事線，則可以用這歌名總結：愛在記憶中找你。
