The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up.     美术真的是最喜欢的科幻电影类型了。就是你愿意相信它会在短期内实现，而不是离现在过分遥远甚至根本就是胡编乱造的超级脑洞而已。写是写不出来这种画风了。不得不承认，影像创作是文字创作的升级。不过“影像”本就早于文字。

    导演并没有很好的利用起生命延续这个本可以很深沉的话题，而是把重头戏放在了关于面对死亡和告别的老生常谈上，最终实现的效果也还算不错，但总感觉这个大命题放在这里很奇怪，有太多悬而未解的伦理问题和逻辑缺陷，虽有几处也颇让人动容，但只因观生命消逝的人之常情，更深层次的思考，似乎并未怎么触及，多少有点可惜。
