The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. “humanity”是我看这部音乐剧能想到的一个词。2000年的9.11，我正值小学，放学回家的傍晚，家里电视开着，爸妈在电视机前目瞪口呆，电视上滚动播出美国世贸大厦被飞机撞击的新闻画面，虽然才小学，但那个画面此生难忘。911不仅改变了美国，二十年后看，911还改变了整个世界。以经历911一天的人作为对象的整部音乐剧非常好看。

19年买了票，20年全部演出取消，21年终于看到，大家都是来自远方，也欢迎远方。
太好看了吧！每个角色都很有性格有记忆点，台词唱段幽默动人，陌生人之间的善意真美好。
感觉收音有一点问题，除此之外完美得不能再完美
整体很出色。
几年前在某站看过字幕组版本，官摄版本的力量感又上一层，我全程感慨“有音乐剧真好”。疫情时代，这样守望相助的故事就显得更加珍贵。非常喜欢。「Be anxious for nothing. 应当一无挂虑。」
因为疫情，取消、退票，太过遗憾，还好有官摄，看得又哭又笑的。原来20年了，还没有来得及去纽约看过纪念馆，那一天在班级里看着电视，直到长大后才真的明白那是怎样可怕的灾难。感谢陌生人的善意。

刷了两遍，对照时局更加感慨，Prayer听得眼眶发热。几乎全程群像戏的剧本和舞台调度太好了。

同样是主旋律，把一个故事讲好的能力真的是至关重要。

音符旋律以及愛是超越文字、種族、意識形態的存在
表演很热情，很有生命力。
岛民们都好善良可爱。比天灾可怕的是人祸，愿世界和平。
看之前甚至不知道这是一部关于911的歌舞剧，前面还在想怎么会有这么奇怪的故事设定（籍籍无名的小镇突然迎来大量飞机和数千名旅客），反应过来后十分佩服这个“在别处”的视角。
