The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 左派叙事，无甚新意。关于坏蛋变成好蛋的故事，《神偷奶爸》、《疯狂动物城》高明太多。
也只有动画才可以把老掉牙的犯罪情节和坏蛋角色拍出这么可爱的娱乐感了。动作戏很流畅，除3D制作外不时流出的2D漫画感和应景配乐更是锦上添花。正如中文宣传所说的，“‘好’没意思，‘差’点笑死”，意料之中的剧情发展因讨喜的角色而瑕不掩瑜，关于bromance和group的表达还是挺让人感动的，总之是预期之上的合格合家欢。
好喜欢好喜欢！“我们生来一手烂牌 还是得尽力打下去” 这种世人都觉得我是坏种那我就索性坏到底可是你却发现了我内心深处的善意的人设和剧情太喜欢啦！更何况还是五个可爱的bad guys诶！
可以看，已经是最近最好看的院线片了大概...但我不是福瑞控。
前面偷金海豚的那场团队戏极其丝滑，场面调度什么的看起来都特别舒服。后面就几乎全是套路，毫无创新。面对感情与正义的抉择，主角到底要走哪一条路这种模版完全都已经拍烂了，一大堆经验可以借鉴，编剧居然还能把后面的剧情写得乱七八糟。而且跟《疯狂动物城》很不一样的一点是前者的路人都是动物，这里的路人真就全是人。为什么诺大的城市，总共就这几只动物。我在想这会不会是一种拟人化，其实这些动物们都是人，反派代表了权威，乌泱泱的小仓鼠暗示了一群乌合之众，只不过设计成动物不仅能让小孩子更好接受，也能让画风更加可爱，没有那么黑暗。
狼X狐狸的组合也是我的心头好。
不错，搞笑可爱，价值观可接受。网上下载看的。原本五一要去电影院看，结果疫情导致影院关闭到现在。
这电影是甄子丹拍来给自己过瘾的，但是除了谢霆锋以外所有人都不太聪明的样子
好久不见的电影院，不过3D属实没啥必要。有点疯狂动物城的意思，人设很立体很欢乐，捕捉的也很到位，看得很欢乐。CBD万达。
开场居然有一种《低俗小说》的感觉，画风非常喜欢，尤其是看过了大量追求逼真的CG效果之后，2D+3D的融合别有风味。故事上差不多就是《疯狂动物城》版《十一罗汉》，单纯的欢快与娱乐，配乐也极其带感，真想去影院体验！

开开心心欢乐合家欢，倒是觉得这会看分外治愈。
甄子丹这是什么工作服，西装裤竟然那么耐打，感觉舒适程度很高。
7分。非常俗套的好坏转变的故事，基本从第一分钟就能猜到最后。也就狐狸的转变比较有意思，故事上真是乏善可陈。不过部分桥段设计得不错，蛇这个角色比狼要强太多了~~~ 看到最后也没明白豚鼠到底想抢啥~~~

疫情以来看过最好的院线片吧。香港再一次击鼓鸣冤。冤也怒也，接下来请长久地韬光养晦，友军都也一样。
三星半吧，比预想设想的要好看。狼一说话有时候会以为欧文威尔逊来了。尬舞永远最尴尬
