The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 没有遵循公正和美好的结局模式，这使得它看起来很震撼，也很现实。我们看到女主角在每个阶段都因为说出真相而受到羞辱。

印尼电影工业在整个东南亚地区算是佼佼者，这样的作品出现一点也不奇怪。总之叛逆的青少年在中国影视作品已经绝迹了，别人一个穆斯林国家都还能拍呢。

迈克尔·道格拉斯和 凯瑟琳·特纳 主演的《绿宝石》是 1984 年的电影，已经是将近 30 年前了。当年我给《绿宝石》打了 3 星，我现在后悔了……和本片相比，绿宝石简直是 5 星佳作了！浪漫爱情喜剧+印第安纳琼斯式冒险动作，这么多年来就一直没有能超越的。本片的每一秒钟都不值得浪费时间再去回味它……（也没这么绝对了，布拉德皮特甩头发那个镜头还可以）

毕竟是商业的冒险喜剧片，也没有太高期待，看个乐就不错了。不过高潮部分确实有点简短无力，全片就靠男女主相互搞笑了，歌和景也还不错。
