The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 维京古文化的考究与其元素的充沛并没有弥补叙事动能的不足。作者电影的思维与创作技巧禁锢了该题材本应有的观影情绪。想想当年吉布森的《启示》多么扣人心弦。可惜了。

自从玩过《塞纳的牺牲》之后，北欧人都是宗教疯子这种想法已经挥之不去。
影像至上，文本稍逊，冗杂略长；虽然古典戏剧外加暴走的荷尔蒙，感觉上会很别扭，而且常规叙事和传统表达比较庸俗；但制作绝对走心，一板一眼无功无过，各要素搭配恰如其分，难得的良心佳片。

太有欧洲电影节的味儿了，摄影拉满，剧情简单但必须复刻莎翁。给高分主要是因为摄影太好了，如果导演能把逼格放下那该多好……
看在花了不少钱的份上，给三星吧，看看风景还不错。其它的就太普通了。

这么老套的剧情真是难以想象，舞台剧风格让人昏昏欲睡，唯有部分画面值得一看……

每一处台词和画面都让亚洲人尴尬，
我错了！这片子真香！虽然依旧是超英的故事骨架但是又非常有功夫片的味道，还拍了可能有半本《山海经》进去，感觉上一次看到这么大容量高密度浑然一体的文化输出可能还是《卧虎藏龙》。以及梁朝伟真是所有超英电影里最让人心疼（和花痴）的反派！
300和启示录的结合，超越了善恶的人类神话，敢于面对残酷的寒冷剧情。
