The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 已经成为另一种类型的常驻贺岁片了。还是一如既往的套路：伪纪录片的模式，浅显直白的讽刺，荒诞卖丑的受访者，一年各类泛美流行事件的回顾。但比起前作，2021后疫情时代下的美国似乎已经更加疯狂，此情此景和《不要抬头》恰巧形成了互文：娱乐至死的个体、撕裂的社会。
网飞好家伙！题材犯禁的轻喜剧，借助异色猎奇主题来讲对女性的不公，社会的偏见。过程流畅自然，节奏紧凑，可惜，高潮开始拉胯，仿佛不知道如何收尾。前女友一闪而过，简直浪费角色。
和前一部相比，这部完全没有什么存在的必要。

看样子只要世界不毁灭，网飞会将这个无厘头的年度续作继续进行下去了，不得不说效果也确实好，从诙谐搞笑讽刺的角度带我们重新回顾211年发生的大事记
但从另一个角度看，当今世界意识形态真的是超级割裂...
还是挺左的，按照这个论调基本上没有弥合分裂的可能性。

2020真的是不寻常的一年啊，好久不看美剧的我，好慢才进入那个讽刺的节奏，确实很有梗
极尽讽刺之能，很适合在这个可笑的年代，可笑的民主社会里结束2021。
