长达一个半小时的杰克·吉伦哈尔演技大赏，90%以上都和原版差不多的内容，人物性格和结局的人改动也让这部翻拍的可看性更加丰富，但比起原版没有那么具有真实感和融入感。

虽然绝大部分过程都太吵太闹，结尾葬礼上露露趴在主人的靴子上那一段实在让人泪奔。
