The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 科恩的影像实验，做足形式的影视化舞台剧，但剥离古典主义的现代化风格，其价值又能有几何?看不出有什么新鲜的表达。
太失望了，本来我期待的是一部黑色谋杀犯罪片，结果是一部美术片。丹泽尔华盛顿的麦克白令人昏昏欲睡，科恩嫂的麦克白夫人后期还有点意思。

把麦克白浓缩到光和影和表演，to the core，好适合学生看
台词还是值得品咂的，直观地感受到了莎翁的魅力

不够古典也不够现代，各种违和感，也就布景打光值得一看。
看过越多西方人翻拍的莎士比亚，就越觉得黑泽明的伟大
纽约电影节看的首映。完全舞台化的打光和表演，转场很惊艳。
老黑把麥克白搞成了蜘蛛巢城 小科把蜘蛛巢城還原為莎翁
表现主义风格，戏剧化台词，再次对人的欲望与宿命发出诘问。但几何感强烈的极简空间（布景），浓密的雾气、黑白的反差（光线），角度的选择（调度），都只是视觉的迷恋，缺少意义的配合。
刚看完剧本看这个 这片还真的蛮遵循原著的
另外，多加一星给摄影。
像是一场无人问津的话剧被拍成了黑白电影，绚烂的词藻，夸张又惨白。
论观赏性，我觉得还不如无极…就很像一群学院派的话剧咖演过很多场后，在最后一场表演的时候用最好的团队进行拍摄。
