The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 看的过程热泪盈眶，这就是原汁原味的百老汇歌剧的魅力。舞台表演永远最能接近艺术的本真，它的爆发力和感染力可能是电影都不能具备的。之前的《汉密尔顿》和《万尼亚舅舅》都制作了官摄版，如果没有疫情想必《来自远方》也不会诞生这个版本。至于表演，永远可以不用质疑歌剧演员的演技，他们超一流的群戏、走位、变装，这种舞台感已经说明了一切。棒！
没有特别抓耳的歌，印象最深的一段是不同宗教信仰的人一起祈祷。演员真的都很厉害，一人分饰多角，完全不会混淆。看完还是很感动的。
过于写实的音乐剧，看起来会有点像春晚小品。

此外还很喜欢关于不同族裔的部分，地球村的故事就像一个真实存在的童话。不需要懂得同一种语言，因为我记得上帝曾在某一编码处说过各族坚信的圣言；口中祷词有着不同的词句，但全心去爱吧，这是我们通行世界的准则。
还是那句话，英国人才能做到这种冷清的温暖。
机长原型说她看了这部戏101次，它没有让人沉溺在悲伤里喘不过气。自始至终靠的是人性本身的脆弱、敏感、真实和温暖在打动观众。911过去了二十年，但人类还是有点希望的，不是吗？
