实在是骗电影票，打着开心麻花的旗号，持续消费麻花的口碑，翻拍也没有出彩的地方。
毫无逻辑的剧情，莫名其妙的表演，假到离谱的棚拍，就这还煽情“演员梦”？是把电影当百变大咖秀了还是以为观众都是傻子？
老套而无聊的剧情，但挡不住文艺青年高潮，借题发挥装逼
笑点密集，魏翔本人与男主最后的那个共鸣居然莫名的感动到我了
终于有笑点不尴尬，无荤段子，无屎尿屁的喜剧片了，甚至还致敬了《雨中曲》。感觉很多地方魏翔老师都是“本色出演”：人生中第一个男主角，对表演的热爱，在娱乐圈摸爬滚打那么多年依旧默默无闻…片尾滚动的演职人员表的小框里，杀青时泪流满面感谢合作伙伴，又替他开心又感到心酸，希望演员的资源都能凭实力得到吧。
Javier Barton饰演了一个伪善且有野心勃勃的老板，但或许是因为太多情节展现了他的困境，所以很长一段时间我们看到的是一个心力交瘁、高情商有耐心的老板，或许是因为现实生活的暴击更为猛烈，真心以为如此一个花那么时间管员工破事，对一个不满辞退员工束手无策、睡了实习生、以及看重能力把嫡系辞退的老板，真的是……好老板
7分，笑不起来的喜剧片，老板总是会耍点手段的，不过后生可畏，邻居女孩才是大赢家。
这种完全靠剧情来抓住观众的电影越来越少了。
good boss迟早会翻船吧
具有时代讽刺感的轻喜剧电影，只是篇幅有些过长，部分故事情节有些拖沓。好老板创造的“家族式”的企业文化就像是一个巨大的谎言，每个人都各怀鬼胎的在职场上拼命挣扎着。这部电影算不上多优秀，起码打发一下时间还是可以的。另外，巴登的表演确实不错，串联起了整部电影的剧情衔接。
巴登老师把一个道貌岸然的老板气质拿捏的死死的。本是西班牙的故事，却读出了不少中国的“心眼儿学”。

Entertaining，但也略显尴尬。坐在电影院里看的时候，确实希望手边有个快进键。
居然认真地看了一部喜剧，救火救得全世界着火的好老板，哈哈
带着很低的预期来看，结果还不错。开头十几分钟确实有点尴尬，动不动就乱吼有点装疯卖傻哗众取宠的嫌疑，好在之后就渐入佳境，笑点设计也挺好笑的，春节档图个乐看个开心已经很满足了，最后结尾现实与拍戏的转换也不错，部分小反转虽然好猜但还是提供了不少的笑点。如今看来，这种笑点不在预告片里全部展现的电影还是好好珍惜吧。之前是我错怪它了，以后还是得对春节档的喜剧抱有期待的。
因为员工着实也是不靠谱，导致没看出什么黑色幽默的讽刺…
真以为所有温情喜剧都能像《你好李焕英》一样？
