The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 无功无过，在虚实之间游走的“半”历史片- -被精心打磨的角色性格，着力锐化虚构角色与决定对改变历史进程的重要作用；Jeremy Irons对张伯伦的演绎或许如设计的方向，帮助更多人（至少有兴趣/被片刻说服）重新建构认知。但这并非上课，可以补足什么新奇理论；也非写尽波云诡谲、更花招的类型片；徒留大段生活的琐碎细节以及毫无进展的情绪特写。表达上的停顿阻止它能完全呈现原著的精彩，些微可惜。

很荣幸能观看大神三十年打造的世界，能看到这些画面真的挺幸运。能配的上这种画面的也无非也就是这些抽象的人与神，就这么回事，具体表达没意义。
