The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 小成本佳作，剧情工整多次反转BUG不明显，马克·里朗斯发挥出色。总结说就是各方面做的都不差，但也称不上最佳，尤其是几次为了反转而反转没有做好铺垫，显得非常生硬。最后就是这个译名，誓不低头到底什么鬼？直译又是什么鬼……

戏剧模式，场景单一狭小，角色也不多，情节推进一点儿不含糊，不靠场面，就靠演员的表演来促成观众的想象，留白、余味很足。BUT，情节略有瑕疵，但还好，观感依旧不错。
the first half was enthralling
不管是怎样的大人物，回首人生时，最怀念的永远是一无所有却青春洋溢的日子。仿佛还是浅草的那个小男生，理直气壮地宣告世界「芸人だよ！馬鹿野郎！」
非常精致的一部室内电影，从头到尾都发生在一个布景里，很有舞台剧的感觉。悬念和twist开始很精彩，从中后期女主加入故事性就开始变弱甚至越来越强行了。老裁缝一胳膊十二生肖的reveal简直毫无意义。虽有些虎头蛇尾，但我觉得总体呈现的还是不错的，也很好地控制了时长。
《模仿游戏》编剧的导演处女作，发生封闭房间里的多重反转剧，充满舞台剧风格的野心之作。有点像西德尼·吕美特的《死亡计中计》。但可能因为设计感太强，惊喜和悬念都未能坚持到最后。如果导演不是花大部分心思于戏剧结构的设计，其实可以像开头一样，多拍一些主人公裁量衣服的情节。这种沉浸于手艺和细节之中的戏份，极富质感。有《魅影缝匠》的神韵。期待导演的小说《最初的光明，最后的黑暗》早日搬上荧幕！
3.5。情绪断断续续的，可能和表演方式有关，总觉得在模仿。但看到最后吃酒拿高跟鞋的细节彻底破防了…
让男主的气定神闲显得非常悬浮
他做的套装才是timeless
小场景佳作。嗯，离间、策反、李代桃僵、瓮中捉鳖、借刀杀人层出不穷，反转反转再反转，基本没冷场。老头的选角么，那份木讷，虽不敢说完美，但算贴切。
扮猪吃老虎的典型故事，但是这里面的猪好像也是无奈之举。老裁缝温和的可怕，不知道从这种平淡到底是演技上面的局限，还是自己对角色的表达就是如此。
（❶本片最致命的剧透就是“转折”二字，一旦知道是以转折为主，什么都不意外；
师匠真的好有魅力，起身于草根底层的奋斗生活当时哪怕辛苦庸碌，但回味起来还是果然最有味道的记忆
剧本很好，反转干脆，结尾利落，伏笔耐人寻味

编剧就像是主角裁剪师一样，精巧地剪出一部小而精巧的剧本，片尾的⭕渐隐字幕也暗示着一种周而复始的结构吧——黑帮烧死了他的妻女，他最后也用一把火来结束这对黑帮的覆灭之计。
看马克里朗斯用精湛的表演把匪帮玩弄于股掌之中特别特别爽。
意外的有些温情和伤感。不要让人笑，要逗人笑。
