The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 不给此片打5星好像不够pc，但标准得如同教科书的好莱坞优等生拿奖片……是试图唤醒21世纪观众对60年代的回忆吗，还是对逝去时代的无声悼念。确实导演给了左翼分子们绝对优势的展示，但说不出为什么，还是觉得并没有预示着更好的明天。可能因为我就活在这个明天中吧
庭审过程中嬉皮士的机智比起精英学生毫不逊色 甚至像吃了可爱多
文本出色，法庭戲劇感重。當有爭執、連珠發砲時，整部電影充滿節奏感；但有些文戲雖然寫得好，剪接的節奏卻跟不上——這問題在片頭，出片名前後兩個sequence最明顯。
用电影渲染的形式代替纪录片还原历史事件的确是十分叫座也讨巧的手艺，最后一幕念名单的时候倒不见法警上前制止。一场审判杂糅着社会底层的自我正视、白人阶层的种族歧视，美国宪法或者说各国披着法律外衣的zzhi此刻又忘记了建立联邦zf的初衷
牛逼闪闪，热血沸腾，对白宛如加特林机关枪。
四星半，种族、女权、反战一锅端，很有奥斯卡相，如果不是结尾的“好莱坞式”结局，可以给五星。萨沙拜伦科恩不搞笑起来也挺有魅力的。

真的历史不在被记录下来的文字里，真的历史淹没在字与字之间的距离里。历史那么冰冷，静默，以至于那些以血为代价的摩擦，在清扫后也只留下法庭上对博的无力。致敬导演，思考必须严肃。

3.5，结构能联想到《十二宫》，索金显然从芬奇那里学到了很多。影像上营造的表现力显然高于事件本身，雕刻痕迹也更重。

最后一幕我整个人大哭，每一个人都值得被纪念。反抗无罪。
倒数第二段前司法长出庭作证让人燃起希望，最后一段内部预演激烈又还原事实真相，庭上逐一报5000多名越战逝去的年轻生命，震撼。电影不错，但对外文名字名盲，每次看这样的庭审都吃力，来回看了几遍才把后一小时看完。
说台词像机关枪一样扫射之后就没什么了的，你没看到我们满地的热血吗？
