The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 古早牛仔片的西装现代版——倒不是说新瓶装旧酒，叙事还是很流畅的，在一间屋子拍完一部电影，紧密衔接的转折不会让人觉得乏味；但怎么说呢——这种文本结构大概过于经典了，几乎可以套用在泛主题的任何故事中，没有特别惊艳却也能耐心消磨100分钟的闲暇时光——也是一种存在意义吧。// PS. 至少在绵延3年仍无望结束的疫情当下，这部已经是难得称得上“好看”的电影了。
剧本很好，反转干脆，结尾利落，伏笔耐人寻味
古典悬疑话剧，工整严谨，利用套层信息差，让观众结尾小高潮，核心叙事技巧也隐隐有些剧透就四个字：扮猪吃虎
资源名：誓不低头。私人订制，高档西装。如果你不知道是为谁而做，你就做不出好东西。人犯错的时候，最好的方法就是坦白。结局没想到，挺意外的。收获最多的是女主，一箱钱。

看过北野武自传《无聊的人生，我死也不要》后就会知道，他年轻时在浅草的生活可比这部电影里要燥多了哈哈哈。

编剧就像是主角裁剪师一样，精巧地剪出一部小而精巧的剧本，片尾的⭕渐隐字幕也暗示着一种周而复始的结构吧——黑帮烧死了他的妻女，他最后也用一把火来结束这对黑帮的覆灭之计。
非常典型工整的英式舞台剧类型作品
让男主的气定神闲显得非常悬浮
剧本非常小巧精致，在单一场景下靠一个核心道具磁带把故事出场人物串联完全，依靠大量对白把故事推进的引人入胜，叙事节奏掌握的非常好，内奸和作局者情节的反转也非常让人意外，但前面铺垫过程已经在不断暗示，足见编剧考虑的周到，男主演技更是加分，这个角色在面临生命危险下的沉着，镇定，睿智是电影里的点睛之笔。（8/10）
